Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is one of the oldest resorts in France. It's located at the foot of the Alps and the highest point in Europe, Mont Blanc. Today thousands of tourists from all over the world come here to enjoy all the advantages that the large ski area has to offer:

Since the Middle Ages, this area has been known for its mineral springs and crystal clear mountain rivers water that cascades from the Alpine slopes. In 1892 the first balneotherapy center opened here: Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. To this day it still specializes in treating many diseases with the help of mineral water. This site was the beginning of the history of the development of the resort and of the valley of Chamonix in general.

Today Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is a modern resort. It is located in one of the largest ski regions of France - "Evasion-Mont Blanc" on the edge of Haute-Savoie and Savoie. It includes several for ski resorts. It has 219 ski trails of different levels of complexity and a total length of 445 kilometers. The trails are all connected by hundreds of ski lifts one of which is just 100 meters from the slightly dusty aristocrat - the hotel "Le Cristal De Roche".

In the mountains near the hotel there are hiking and biking routes along beautiful Alpine slopes, where ancient chapels can be met along the way. Fans of more thrilling sports can fly on a paraglider, hot air balloon, try rafting or conquer local climbs in mountaineering.
